Returns

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you can return it as follows:

• You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt.
• After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.
• Please report your return in advance via: contact@artsfoodproducts.nl.
• Please describe why you wish to return the item.
  
  

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and closed packaging. Packages that have been opened cannot be returned. Make sure that the product is properly packaged when returned to prevent damage. Any depreciation due to careless use can be passed on to you.

The return costs are at your own expense. As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by email. After approval of the return, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 working days.

If you return the entire order, you will be credited with the full order amount including any shipping costs.
